Shadow faXYes I looked at your galleries and some are having trouble with shadows. Let try to stay away from PS drop shadow effect and try something else. This is only one way of making a shadow. Most times using the ellipse tool will do fine but this is what I use most.Shadow faX by nitchwarmer
Duplicate your layer and drop it underneath the original. Go to image-adjustments-hue and saturation. Move the bottom slide far to the left turning that shadow layer BLACK.
Next invert the layer vertically and place it where you think it looks good. Right now you have an upside down copy of your image on the bottom of the original.
Next add a Gaussian blur to the shadow you will need to adjust it to what amount works for you. after you are happy and I know you will be add some distortion. Go to Edit-Transform-Distort. Now drag it around to where you need it, and if its to solid drop the opacity to 30-60. and you should be fine.
